Generate Duo Backup Codes

This page will generate backup codes for Duo two-factor authentication. The codes will be emailed to the address on the Duo account. Print or copy the codes to a safe place, and then delete the email.

Any existing backup codes will be invalidated!

1. Click Generate Codes button below
2. Enter NetID and password when prompted
3. Complete Duo two-factor authentication
4. Wait a few minutes
5. Check campus email
6. Print or copy Duo codes from email to a safe place
7. Delete the email
